Per David's request, he did not want to be mourned but for his life to be celebrated. Therefore, a Celebration of Life will be determined by the family at a later date. David is survived by his mother Joyce Peterson of Scottsbluff; brothers Daniel (Pamela) Peterson of Scottsbluff, Eugene (Rebecca) Peterson of Gering, Michael (Shawna) Petersen of Gering, Edward (Susan) Bostron, Jr of Gering and numerous nieces and nephews including great and great great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Carl Peterson Jr, sister-in-law Pamela J. Peterson, maternal and paternal grandparents, a great niece and great nephew and numerous aunts and uncles.
