Annabelle Foster

She was born on July 6, 1931 in Deepwater, Missouri to Thomas and Grace (Parscale) Hills. Annabelle married Herschel Edgar Foster on April 15, 1950 and moved to Kansas City, Missouri where they raised two sons Herschel Dean and Kenneth Dale. She retired from the North Kansas City School District's Meadowbrook Elemetary where she worked in food service for 25 years. Annabelle volunteered her time as a Cub Scout den mother. She was an active member of Avondale Baptist Church (now Solid Rock Bible Church) for many years, and loved fishing and camping. Annabelle was devoted to her family, supporting them in every way.

Annabelle was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and seven siblings.

Annabelle is survived by her sons Dean (Carol), Ken (Bunnie); grandchildren Jennifer (Dan) Hipps, Kelly (Jeremy) Buss, Bryan Foster, Leslie (Jeff) Diebold, Heather (Josh) Martin; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and sister Elaine Oertle.
