Bonnie K. (Zook) Edwards

Bonnie K. Edwards (Zook), 45, of Plattsburg, Missouri peacefully passed away on May 3, 2018. She was born April 18, 1973 in Wichita, Kansas to Kevin and Michele Zook and was one of five, having three brothers and a sister. She was a happy and thoughtful child who grew into a loving and beautiful young woman. Bonnie graduated from Liberty High School in 1991 and worked at Cody's Quick Stop in Liberty for 14 years and was a friend to many. On November 17, 2000 Bonnie married the love of her life Michael Edwards and they enjoyed many great years together. The other great joy of her life was her son Jacob. She enjoyed her family, gardening, and taking care of her goats. Bonnie loved to read anything that interested her.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her nana Margaret Ferguson, her aunt Barbara Jones, her uncle Charlie Soule, and grandparents Milo and Gwynn Zook.

Bonnie is survived by her husband and son. She is also survived by her parents Kevin and Michele, sister Shanna (Rodney) Lemen, brothers Daniel (Sarah) Zook, Thomas (Jaimie) Zook, and Tim Zook; her in-laws Riley and Sandra Edwards. Bonnie is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life is planned for Wednesday, May 9 starting at 2 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home.
