CATHERINE ANN HICKS Catherine, 63, of Gladstone, MO went to be with her Lord on October 27, 2014. She was born March 30, 1951 in Kansas City, MO. She had a love for animals, NASCAR, and an obsession for football. Catherine was preceded in death by her father, John T. Hicks; grandmother and grandfather, Holt; and grandmother and grandfather, Hicks. Survivors include her mother, Lauralyn Pickard; brother, James F. (Becky) Taylor; sister, Kimberly (Brian) Komar; daughter, Saundra Butterfield; grandchildren, Brooklynn, Joey, and Jacob Jonas; nephew, Franklyn J. (Jodi) Taylor; nieces, Kayla Fletcher, Eden, and Jordan Viles; great grandniece, Gracyn Taylor; and uncle, Dayton (Shirley) Holt. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Gladstone Animal Control. Catherine has been cremated under the direction of White Chapel Funeral Home.
