Charlie was born July 16, 1947, Fairmont, West Virginia to Albert and Virginia Martin.
Charlie worked for Service Impact for over 30 years.
He was a big snack fan, enjoying his sweets, he was an excellent fisher with many stories to tell, he loved to tinker on projects especially mowers and watches.
Charlie was a very hardworking man, husband, father, and grandfather, who never stopped providing for his family.
Charlie was proceeded in death by his parents; two sisters, Rosie Reger and Barb Martin; and two brothers, Ray Martin and Jack Eddy.
Survivors include his wife 52 years, Shirley; his daughter, Michelle (Derek) Wilson; his son, Donald Martin; four sisters; his grandchildren; great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
