Colin Clark Whisler, 23, of Gladstone, MO passed away April 18, 2016. Colin was known for his quick wit, athletic ability, and (funny) laid back personality. He had the unique ability to light up a room with his infectious smile and humorous personality. If you met Colin you would be his friend not just today but always. His sister Madison was his best and closest friend, they were inseparable always laughing and teasing each other. He also loved sharing time with his girlfriend Mackenzie. From the time he was old enough to walk, athletics were the main focus of his life. Colin enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, and flag football during his elementary and junior high school days at St. Charles Borromeo elementary school. Colin attended St. Pius X High School where he lettered in 3 sports; football, track and field, and basketball. He was voted Male Athlete of the Year his senior year and signed to play football at Avila University. During Colin’s adulthood he enjoyed attending Royals and Chiefs games and whitewater rafting with his Aunt and Uncle. Mass of Christian Burial 9:00am Monday St. Charles Catholic Church.
