Craig was born to Roy and Shirley Lemons on November 28, 1961, in North Kansas City, Missouri.
He was a 1980 graduate of Oak Park High School where he lettered in sports.
Craig received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southwest Missouri State University (Missouri State) in Springfield, Missouri.
Craig was the facilities and purchasing manager for Haldex Corp. for 30 years.
As a youth, Craig played football, basketball, and baseball with numerous teams and leagues, which to no one’s surprise he then became a huge fan of all sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals.
Craig spent a lot of time in his yard planting flowers, tending to his garden of tomatoes and peppers, and chasing the squirrels away!
He was an excellent grill master where he would host parties at his home and large tailgate events at Arrowhead.
Craig was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents, Beryl and Alyne Swan & Lester and Charlottie Lemons.
Survivors include his parents, Roy & Shirley Lemons; his sister, Cheryl (David) Shreve; his fiancé, Christina Hsu; his niece, Kelsi Shreve; and his nephew, Caleb (Emma) Shreve; and many many friends, all of whom will miss him.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 PM Friday August 25, 2023, at St Charles Catholic Church (900 NE Shady Ln Dr; Kansas City, Missouri 64118) with a memorial gathering starting at 12 PM.
