Deborah was the daughter of Donald and Merna Stark, born on October 10th, 1954, in Carrollton, MO. Debbie was in the graduating class of 1973 from Carrollton High School. She went on to attend Northwest Missouri State University, graduating in 1977. After graduating, she went to work at the state of Missouri where she met the love of her life, Gordon Harris. They were married on June 25th, 1983. They were blessed with two children, Kyle and Ryan. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, quilting, spending time with lifelong friends, and making brownies for all her neighbors. She attended Pleasant Valley Baptist Church where she was actively involved with the Quilting Ministry.
Debbie is survived by her husband Gordon, son Kyle (Kendra), grandchildren Lydia, Aidyn, and Remy of Gladstone, MO; daughter-in-law Deanna, grandchildren Sophia and Aubrie of Kansas City, MO; sister Cheryl (Danny) Alexander of Hamilton, MO; brother Doug (Kami) Stark of Princeton, MO.
She is proceeded in death by her son Ryan, her parents Donald and Merna Stark.
The family will have a celebration of life from 4-8 p.m., on Friday, April 16th, 2021 at the chapel in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 1600 Route 291, Liberty, MO 64068.
