Jayden Michael Robker was an energetic, funny, ambitious, outgoing, kindhearted, caring, 13-year-old whose life was taken too soon on March 10, 2023, after a month’s long search by family, friends, neighbors, and community members all with one goal to bring Jayden home.
Jayden was born July 2, 2009, to Heather Robker, he attended Davidson and Brookside Elementary and was currently a 7th grader at Northgate Middle School where his friends say Jayden was fun loving, compassionate, kind friend to all. His teachers describe Jayden as a smart, intelligent, dedicated student who was always willing to help others.
Jayden was an amazing big brother to “Tudy”, “Tonka Man”, “Tonka Momma”, “Ter Ter” and “Trevon”. He was always willing to wait at the bus stop for his siblings then have a race to see who would get home first. They enjoyed the love of YouTube, creating Mine Craft worlds, and spending hours plays Call of Duty Black Ops. Jayden had a real love for Pokémon and trading Pokémon cards. He also enjoyed many hours of Fortnite with his dad as well as learning the techniques of boxing.
Jayden loved being outdoors riding his skateboard and just exploring. He had a strong passion from many different kinds of sports, but really enjoyed track, baseball, and basketball.
He had a lot of dreams when he grew up and was currently saving up to start a carwash business. He had a love for his dads cooking that made him dream of opening a food restaurant that would serve creative quesadilla’s both as a meal and desert.
Several jokes Jayden always told were:
Q: What is round and can roll
A: an eggroll
Q: Knock Knock
A: Whose There
Q: Poke
A: Poke Who?
Pokémon, I just caught you!
On the day of Jayden baby shower there was a photo taken of his mother, Heather with her father, Dennis and the comparison to whose belly was bigger. Jayden grew to have a strong connection with his grandfather until Dennis’s passing in 2017. After Dennis’s passing Jayden would often say that his grandpa received his sonic angel wings.
Jayden, mom and dad truly miss you and love you dearly. Know that were a true blessing, joy, and gift for the thirteen years that you were in our lives. Your dad misses his gaming and boarding buddy, and he will continue to carry on your Pokémon love. Your mom will miss your smile, jokes, laughs and hugs. You were the one that made me a mother, you were the world to me, and you inspired me to be a better mom.
Jayden today you have your sonic angel wings!
