Joan Louise Shatto

Joan Louise (Verhulst) Shatto, 82, of Gladstone, MO, passed away February 16, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be 12:00 pm Friday February 23, 2024, at White Chapel Funeral Home, with visitation from 11am to 12pm. Joan was preceded in death by her parents Aloysius and Irma Verhulst, her husband Thomas Shatto, a son Jason Shatto, and a grandson Anthony Trower. Survivors include her son Thomas Shatto II and wife Lucinda of Liberty, MO. Grandchildren Hannah Shatto, Clifford Terry, Cindy Sims, Michael Fischer, Kassandra Wilkins (Shane), seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in Joan’s name to St. Jude Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
