John C. Dickerson, 89, of Cameron, MO passed away February 21, 2016. He was born April 17, 1926 in Hodge, MO to John and Shellie (Pangborn) Dickerson. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII. After the military, he worked various jobs retiring from the Carpenters Union. After retirement, John started Dickerson Construction Co. John was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; his parents; his son, John; his brother, Charles; his sister, Ella Mae; and step-father, Clarence. Survivors include his sons, Kelly Dickerson and Dan Dickerson; his sisters, Velma Curry and Margaret Hicks; step children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 PM, Thursday, February 25, 2016, with visitation at 1 PM, at White Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow at East Slope Cemetery.
