John Robert McGuire

John was born in Fort Scott, Kansas March 10, 1944. He graduated from Faith Bible Academy then went on to serve in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. He then founded McGuire Lock & Safe and served the Northland as a dedicated locksmith for many years.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Thelma McGuire; sister, Ruby Harden; step-daughter, Connie Vanslyke; and his wife of 33 years, Debbie McGuire. He is survived by brother, Carl Painter and Carl's family; his two sons, Joe and Rick McGuire; daughters-in-law, Becky and Sarah McGuire; grandchildren, Justin, Kimmy, Clayton, Abigail, Emma, Davina and John Jr McGuire; great grandchildren, Hadlee, Roaree and CJ; and step-daughter, Lisa Vanslyke.
