John "Larry" Swetnam, 73, of Gladstone, MO, passed away December 19, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 1pm, Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at St. Andrew The Apostle Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Rd., Gladstone, MO. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Houx and Madeline Swetnam. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Jody, of the home; 3 children, Rebecca Jo Vorst (Darren), John Christopher Swetnam (Carrie), Theresa Lyn Day (Blake); and 7 grandchildren. Larry, a dedicated family man, enjoyed gardening, music and volunteering at St. James Place.
