Johnni was one of my students.  I enjoyed working with her and watching her learn new things.  Her smile could light up a room.  She loved her mom and sister so much and she was so happy when they came to school for parties and trips.  Johnni will never be forgotten.

I was very blessed to be able to teach music to Johnni  in elementary school, middle school and high school. She was serious a lot of the time but when she smiled in response to Give it a Try, it was like the sky had opened. I was also able to work with her one summer as an IA at Maple Park. We would walk around the school together in the mornings. I will miss her very much and to the family, you are in my prayers during this time.  She was a wonderful child. 

I had the joy of being her bus aide for severely years. It took her time to trust me but I remember when she first took the piece of bubblegum from me I was so excited that she was warming up to me. From that day on as soon as she got on the bus she looked at me so she could get her gum to hold until she got off the bus. She’d just smell it and never tried to open it. We really enjoyed getting to know her and see her everyday. She will be greatly missed.

I was the aide on Johnni's bus when she went to Eastgate,my heart literally broke when I heard about her.Johnni lived her Winnie the Pooh,had an awesome smile.Jodi and Shane and Shayna I am praying for you!!

Johnni Ann was my first cousin. She was one of god's special angels during her short time on earth and will be missed dearly by all of her family in Arizona. Though she may be gone, she will never be forgotten from our hearts.  We love you Shane, Jodi and Shayna- Be strong and courageous and know Johnni is talking and laughing with Tata Mike and GG..
