Diane married Ronald “Ronnie” Campbell on June 16th of 1962. After moving to Gladstone, Missouri, Diane was a homemaker and later retired from Waddell and Reed in 2005. After 8 years of prayers, the couple adopted a boy into their home and he became the center of their world. Her family remembers her as a loving, strong, sassy, and oftentimes direct mother figure who put her family, both immediate and extended, first over all things. Diane was accomplished at flower gardening, needlepoint and often thought of herself as a movie and food critic. She was also a self-proclaimed Doctor. “Doc Campbell”. She was a generous individual who loved family game nights, going out “wherever”, and travelling. She was passionate about chicken pot pie and bread pudding. Diane was a member of the Country Club Christian Church.
