Martha Jean Foster, 88, of Smithville, MO passed away February 18, 2017. She was born November 7, 1928 to Bob and Nannie Heath Baber. She was married to Marvin Foster on August 10, 1946. He preceded her in death on June 10, 2003. Martha was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Betty Annette Jones; 2 sisters and twin grandsons. Martha is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Eugene); son, Bob (Cindy); son-in-law, Carl Jones; 4 grandsons, Craig, Kelly (Kris), Jonathan (Kim) and Andrew (Hadleigh); a granddaughter, Samantha; sister, Patsy (Dean) Montgomery; great grandchildren, Trevor, Meghan, Sarah, Ainsley, Ryland, Cohen, Macklyn and Carly Sue; and sister-in-law, Hila. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Martha had a true love for all sports. Feel free to wear any sports memorabilia. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at White Chapel Funeral Home, Gladstone, MO. Family will receive friends from 9:00 to 11:00 am before the service. Entombment will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
