

Nadine was born on April 15,1935, at Bell Memorial Hospital at 3900 Rainbow Blvd. Currently it is known as KU Medical Center to John Harmon and Lou Elizabeth (Edmonds) Hale. She graduated from Turner High School in 1953, she received a degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College and from UMKC.
Nadine lived in the Kansas City area all her life. She accepted Christ as her Savior at Victoria Tabernacle in 1981, along with her baby brother John Hale. She attended Northland Cathedral for the last 44 years.
Nadine married Bob D. Lynch, in 1979. They lived in Independence, Missouri until they purchased their home where they currently reside in 1991. When she married Bob she gained three sons: Mike Lynch, and his wife Laurie, Ron Lynch and his wife Jan, Steve Lynch and his wife Susan Lynch and many grandchildren and great and great-great grandchildren.
Nadine began her working career at Standard Oil. Nadine worked as the Assistant to the President of Kansas City Terminal Railroad. Nadine retired from Northland Cathedral as Controller. Nadine could not sit still so she found her a part time job at Heart of America United Way auditing donations.
Nadine was a faithful servant of the Lord. She loved scrapbooking, her family, and friends. Her real hobby was making sure her house was clean and organized. Nadine also wrote three books: Business Strategy = Success and Volume 1, 2 and 3, of Spanning the Ages with the Hale’s.
In her retirement years Bob and Nadine enjoyed going to Pueblo El Mirage 55 + Resort, in El Mirage Arizonia for 17 years. They made many friends and Nadine enjoyed playing games and doing ceramics. This tradition has now been passed to their daughters, Marilyn and Susan. Marilyn and Susan are joined by Nadine’s Niece Mary Clarkson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Harmon and Lou Elizabeth Hale, Her brothers: William, Roy, Ernie and John Hale. Her sister’s: Violet Jamison and Rosie Stinnett.
She is survived by her husband Bob Lynch of the home. Her children: Marilyn Van Winkle and her husband Ron (Edwardsville, Kansas), Mike Stinnett and his wife Cindy (Austin, Arkansas) and Susan Brown (Kansas City, KS). Her stepsons: Mike, Ronnie, and Steve Lynch.
Her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Michelle Gibson and her husband Larry, (Edwardsville, KS), Dale Billings and his wife Kelly (Edwardsville, KS), Justin Stinnett and his wife Tamra (Kansas City, KS) and Joshua Brown (Lenexa, KS), Aaron and Kristie Van Winkle, Jason and Jenny Van Winkle, and Aimee Van Winkle (Edwardsville, KS) Great grandchildren: Kaytie Gibson, Addie Rice, Meghan, Carley, Merideth Billings, and Riley Stinnett. She also had many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Visitation will be at Northland Cathedral at 101 NW 99th Street, Kansas City, MO beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 4th, with the funeral immediately following at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery, 3300 Shawnee Drive in Kansas City, KS. All arrangements are being handled by D.W. Newcomer and Son’s White Chapel, in Gladstone, MO.
