Ned was born May 12th 1948 in Pueblo Colorado, to Eliberto and Mary Helen Guerrero. Ned graduated from Pueblo County High School in 1966. After graduation Ned joined the US Navy. He was given an Honorable Medical Discharge in 1968. Ned graduated with an Associates Degree from Penn Valley Community College. Ned worked for the Mo Employment office and then the US Government as a claims investigator for EEOC from which he retired in 1998. Ned was plagued with many health issues in his last 25 years of life, but he was an avid bowler and loved to play golf especially with his son.
Ned was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Ben and Rawleigh , and sisters Mable and Pauline.
Ned is survived by his wife of 42 years Debbie, son Andrew (Bailey), daughters Rebecca Williamson (Matt), Jenny Bowser (Sebastian) of Los Angles, Ca. Ned also leaves 6 grandsons, Robert, Quincy and Isaiah and Christopher, Cameron and Clayton of Los Angles.
Ned was a die hard KC Royals and KC Chiefs fan, he loved animals and he volunteered his time to the NKCSD Lunch Buddies program before his health forced him stop.
