Pat was born on July 7, 1945 in Burlington, Iowa to Roy and Barbara Eidman. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master’s degree in Literary Science. Pat worked for the Kearney, Missouri school district as the elementary school librarian, during Christmas time, you could often find her reading her favorite book The Polar Express to the children. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and playing the piano for Linden Baptist Church every Sunday for many years. She was an accomplished and talented pianist and organist. She was an active and dedicated member of the Linden Baptist Church and often volunteered for many activities including singing in the choir, the MOPS program, and helping with the quilting program. She was a wonderful and dedicated grandmother and mother. Pat will be missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Barbara Eidman of Boonville, Missouri.
Pat is survived by her daughter Cyndi Untch; four grandchildren James, Jacob, Cassidy and Alex; four great grandchildren Teegan, Oliver, Cyanna and Maverick; her sister Kathy Duddridge; niece Amy Hoddapp and nephew Nate Gifford.
The family would like to thank NorthCare Hospice and the many nurses and doctors for their care and dedication.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Monday, October 5 at 7:00 PM at Linden Baptist Church, 611 NE 69th St, Kansas City, MO 64118.
