Patricia Anne Deckman (Morse), 86, died peacefully in her home on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Patricia was born on April 10, 1939, in Atlanta, Georgia to Lowell and Marian Morse. She married Freddie Deckman in 1955 and spent her years as a domestic engineer, bearing and raising six children.
In her early years she enjoyed rearranging furniture, cooking, baking, making clothes and stuffed animals. She hosted the holiday dinners and family events, enjoyed bowling and playing cards. In her later years, she enjoyed watching wildlife from her kitchen window, taking car rides and shopping. She was dedicated to her children, her family and was generous to all.
Patricia is preceded in death by Freddie Deckman, husband, Lowell Morse, father, Marian Morse, mother, Patrick Deckman, son, Paul Deckman, son, Keith Deckman, grandson and Raylan Lamb, great grandson.
Patricia is survived by her children, Terry Deckman, Tamara Thissen, Tara Parker (Rodney), and Penelope Keeton; her eight grandchildren, Tom (Britny) Thissen, Chase (Abbie) Stewart, Natasha (Joy) Deckman, Tate Thissen, and Paige Ludwig; her eight great grandchildren, Jasmine Nitch, Bentley Thissen, Patrick Deckman, Harlow Thissen, Asa Thissen, Eve Stewart, Vivian Ludwiq and Corbin Stewart; her two great-great grandchildren, Oakley Nitch and Kiler Nitch; her sister, Phoebe Ross; her brother-in-law, Clarence Deckman and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank all of those who cared for and about her and showed her compassion.
Services will be held at White Chapel Funeral Home, located at 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119, on February 14, 2026. Visitation at 11:00 am, funeral at 12:00 pm, and burial to follow.
Pallbearers for the services will be Noel Ross, Tate Thissen, David Voeller, Chase Stewart, Thomas Thissen, and Bentley Thissen.
