Once you met Phil, you’d never forget him. Whether it was his amazing blue eyes, big smile, or his one of a kind laugh. You would always know when he was around. Phil took pride in serving in the Air Force for his country, as a North Kansas City police officer, and as a Missouri State Trooper. It was important to Phil to be a good representative of law enforcement, as well as working hard to show the true facts in a case being investigated. His love of travel and new places began a habit of trip planning. Phil enjoyed surprising everyone when his plans unfolded. His love for life inspired all those lucky enough to be around him. He was the most truthful person anyone could meet. Phil loved his families, his church, friends and cats. He will be greatly missed.
