Phyllis J. Torrey passed away at age 88 at home on November 3, 2016. Services will be held at 11:00am Monday, November 7th with visitation one hour prior at White Chapel Funeral Home. Long-time resident of Kansas City, Phyllis was involved in several social groups. She is survived by her daughter Shelia Walston and son-in-law Don (Wally), grandson Todd Chenault, great-granddaughter Kirsten Chenault, granddaughter Kelly Whitfield and family, granddaughter Hayley Coon and family, and many special friends.
