Our beautiful mother, Ruth Breshears Reeves, 92, passed on to her heavenly home on January 5, 2016. One of 15 children, she was born on May 3, 1923, to Mary Louise and Bart Carter in Salem, Arkansas. She leaves three sisters: Dixie Williams, Maxine Johnson and Nita Busick; seven children: Kelly Breshears, Frankie Breshears, Carol Beals, Neal Breshears, Elaine Breshears, Anita Gunn, Norman Breshears and their spouses, numerous grandkids, great-grandkids and even some great-great grandkids as well as nieces and nephews. She was also proud to be “another-Mother” to a few more. She exuded beauty and grace in all that she did. Talented and smart, she lived her life with integrity and gratitude, had tremendous can-do spirit and a sharp wit. But most of all, she loved us fiercely. What a gal!
