Andrea Della Banks

Andrea Della Banks passed away on October 27, 2024, after a valiant fight with glioma. She was born in Newell, South Dakota on April 10, 1951, one of eight children born to the late Emil and Della Kalmbach.

Andrea married Gerald Banks on June 24, 1967; they shared just over 51 years of marriage prior to his passing on July 30, 2018.

She is survived by two sons DeWayne (Jackie) Banks & Ken Banks, seven siblings Audrey (Jim) Raines, Mike Kalmbach, Ron Kalmbach, Arlie (Art) Atkinson, Glorie Kartler, Stuart Kalmbach & Joseph “JJ” (Vicki) Kalmbach and several nieces & nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Andrea was preceded in death by sister-in-law Olive Kalmbach & brother-in-law Tom Kartler.
