Behzad Bob Shams was a gifted chemist who infused his creativity into all aspects of his life. Bob passed away on May 30, 2021 at the age of 71. He was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy.
His beautiful personality and vibrant smile were contagious to everyone he met. It was the simplest pleasures in life that brought him joy… like delicious Persian food, hiking, evening walks with his wife and puppy, trips to Ikea & Costco, and time shared with his kids and family.
Bob is survived by his wife Soodie; daughter Michele; sons Marcus & Alex; step son Bobby, his puppy Kimmy; brother Bruce, sisters Maggie and Mina, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends who have loved him dearly.
