Bennaneal M. Sartain, 89, of Sun City, Arizona was called home to be with her Savior on September 21, 2015. Her son, Perry Sartain, preceded her. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, James Sartain, daughter-in-law Wanda Sartain of New River. She has 5 grandchildren: Jason Sartain of McIntosh, New Mexico; Gary Sartain of San Diego, California; Wendy Ellis of New River; Cindy Downen of Black Canyon City; Kelly Sartain of New River and 14 great-grandchildren. She was born in Bryson City, North Carolina, and was a 1963 graduate of Grand Canyon University, a retired teacher of 27 years with a Masters Degree from Arizona State University. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sun City. Interment is at Phoenix Memorial Park.
