Bruce was the beloved husband of Lee Turley and a devoted father to Matt Turley and Adam Turley. He welcomed Reagan Turley into the family as a daughter-in-law and took great joy in his role as grandfather to his grandchildren. He was the brother of Robert Turley, Richard Turley, Virginia Miller, Rebecca Johnson, Joseph Turley, and Elizabeth Hayes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sainsbury Turley and Zelda Turley.
Throughout his life, Bruce was known for his kindness and generosity. Whether as a husband, father, grandfather, brother, or colleague, he brought warmth and compassion to those around him. His presence left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
