He was on the waiting list for organ transplant in Palo Alto, CA when he lost his fight.
Carter was born on July 25, 2015 in Glendale.
He loved watching Paw Patrol and was truly a happy baby. In his short life he brought all of us an abundance of joy.
Carter is survived by his mom Kim, sister Alexis, and Lilly, the dog who was his protector, guardian and best friend.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 3:30PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
