Chad Joshua Barrick, age 24, of Phoenix, died on October 20, 2007. Chad was born on September 26, 1983 in Wickenburg, AZ. He worked as a nutritionist at Hi Health. Chad was a sensitive and gentle person with a big heart. He truly loved his family and friends and was caring to everyone he met. We will miss his sweet smile. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Tracy and Lori; mother, Sisson Stewart; sisters: Amber, Brandy, and Alyssa; brother, Thomas (T.J.); and loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM, Friday, October 26 at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Memorial services will be 9:00 AM, Saturday, October 27 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
