of Wittmann, AZ , passed away on March 31, 2012. Charlie was an immensely devoted, loving and caring husband, father, brother, son, uncle and tata. He spent his life caring, protecting and raising his children and fulfilling his duties to God, as spouse and guardian to his beloved wife Gloria. Next to his greatest devotion to God and family, Charley didn't miss an opportunity to make his way to his favorite fishing hole, tree stand or camping spot where he was closest to God and could talk to "the Man upstairs" in his own way. Charley was a proud Teamster of local 104 for 33 years and took pride in that. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles E. and
Anna Bell Fisher, brother Eddie Fisher and sister Roberta Charles. He is survived by his brother Phillip "Marty" Fisher, sister Harriet "Hallie" Allen, his beloved wife, Gloria Gamboa Fisher, son Charlie Fisher Jr. and two daughters, Yvette "Reggie" Fashbaugh and Crystal Duran Fisher. Without the blessed union of Charley and Gloria, they would never have been able to enjoy the blessing of their devoted 16 grandchildren. Requiescat In Pace.
