

Charlotte Ann Beach-Noret, 72, of Litchfield Park, AZ (formerly of Maryvale, AZ) passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012. Charlotte was born in Hazel Green, Kentucky on October 27, 1939. The daughter of an Air Force chef, she spent her childhood moving around the country as most military families do. In 1957 she met William (Bill) E. Beach, an Air Force sergeant, and married him May 19, 1958. Their first home together was in Japan. While stationed there, she and Bill met Stanley M. Noret. The three became life long friends. Charlotte later married Stanley, and as the Beach and Noret families blended, Charlotte became the mother to 5 children. She instilled in her children, compassion for others, a love of adventure, the thirst for knowledge and creativity through art & music. Charlotte, as a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, spent many years giving to, and working with, the Beta Sigma Phi community she loved so dearly. She served it as the President to the Phoenix Beta Sigma Phi City Council from 1983 to 1984.To meet her at the gates of heaven were her father Andy Lewis, her mother Esther Rich, and William Beach. She is survived by her husband Stanley M. Noret. Her greatest achievements in life, Michael Noret and wife Glenna of Spangalhem Air Base, Germany, Chariese Adams and husband Randell of Herndon, VA, David Noret of Lubbock, TX, Stephen Noret and wife Rita of Litchfield Park, AZ, and Darren Beach and wife Minga of Anthem, AZ. She also leaves behind the 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren she was blessed with. Charlotte, as a wife, mother, and friend; you are dearly loved and your strength, courage, wisdom and humor will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale, Arizona; the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority will hold their Memorial Service for Charlotte at the Chapel of the Chimes that same evening at 6 pm. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, Arizona.
