She was born on January 29, 1961, in Phoenix to Annie Eliserio.
Concepcíon was working at Urban Strategies as a Center Manager.
She married Francisco Guevara on December 20, 2002; they celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary in December.
Concepcíon is survived by her husband Frank, mother Annie, seven children Sanida Pickett, Sanderlin (Allen) George, Santiago (Andrea) Diaz, Savannah (Thomas “TJ”) Rhodes, Sabrina Diaz (Jeffrey Thatcher), Angelita (Jeremy) Wilkinson & Aissa (Christian) Ramirez, four siblings Joann De La Rosa, Alfred Eliserio, Margarita Salinas & Tammie Sanchez, 23 grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.
