LEWIS, David William, 64 of Phoenix, passed away on June 12, 2013. Mr. Lewis served his country as a photographer in the U.S. Army, honorably discharged in 1971. For over 20 years, he worked for Jokake Construction Services. He is survived by two sisters, Tamra Lewis and Laura Lewis; nephew, Matthew Arthur; niece, Misty Arthur; and great nephew, Seth Arthur. Memorial Service will be Friday, June 28, 2013; 1:00pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ.
