

Debbie Lee Hernandez was born in El Paso, Texas on January 31, 1983 and passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2018. She is the only daughter of her surviving parents Frank Orrick, Sr. and Hilda Avalos, and middle child to her older brother Frank Orrick, Jr. and younger brother Mark Orrick, both of whom she adored.
Debbie spent most of her life living in Arizona and was recently staffed as a Patient Care Technician, for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Debbie leaves behind three beautiful children; Destiny De La Torre, Melody De La Torre & Kaleb Martinez. She is also survived by her best friend and husband Manuel Hernandez; seven stepchildren Dominick, Richard, Adam, Jordan, Damien, Fabrise & Lillie and 5 step-grandchildren, as well as grandparents, Maria Inostroza & Elias Avalos.
Debbie is most remembered for both her inner and outer beauty, her sense of humor, with an endless amount of funny nicknames for her loved ones, as well as her laugh, smile and unfailing love for those dearest to her. She had a passion for life, loved music, and thrived because of the depth of love for her husband, children and family. She leaves behind a legacy of everlasting impressions in the minds and hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She is undoubtedly loved beyond measure and missed beyond words.
Family and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 5:30-7:30PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will begin at 7:30PM.
