Dolores J. Downs was born in Paris, Illinois on October 22, 1930 to James and Mildred Justice. She married George L. Downs Sr. and he preceded her in death in November 1993. Dolores is survived by her children George Downs Sr. and Sandy Stiles. Visitation and services will be held Wed Nov 6, 2013 at West Resthaven Funeral Home. Dolores did not want to have an open casket for her visitation, so in honoring her wishes her casket will be closed. Visitation is from 10:00 to 11:00 with the funeral service beginning at 11:00. Rev William O. Smith will officiate, and she will be laid to rest at West Resthaven Cemetery.
