Frances Mesa Tovar was born May 11, 1943 in Glendale, Arizona. She passed away September 26, 2015, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her son Raymond. She is survived by her children Mary, Nacho, Victor, Trina, and grandchildren Jesse, Nacho Jr., Nicole, Tommy, Aaron, Nick, Alex, Adriana, Noah, Abel, and Manuel.
Services for Frances will be held 2pm, Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. 7924 N. 59th Ave Glendale, AZ 85301.
