Dear Mettille Family,

Although we didn't know Gary on a personal level, we knew him well enough see that he was a very good 
man.  Over the last 15 years we bought 3 vehicles from him because he was willing to take a chance and give us credit when ours was less than perfect. He didn't judge people.

When he spoke of his Grandchildren his face beamed with pride and it was obvious how important they were to him.

Gary made this world a better place just being himself.

I love my grandpa so very much. Even though I'll see him again one day I miss him more than anyhting in the world. I know that if i go in the den that he will always be right beside me telling me "How you doin  boy?" I miss hearing that every time i saw him. =(

The Mettille family lived across the street from us for four years in the 70's.  They were great neighbors.  We remember when Gary hurt his back and had to start a new career.  He never complained.  My Daughter Melinda was a friend of Lori's and often stated over the years what a nice family and neighbor they had been.  Our sincerest condolences.

My deepest condolences to the the Mettille family.  I met Gary 25 years ago and purchased cars from him for so many of them.  He was honest and a wonderful person.  He will be missed.  Ellon Spear

 My Sincere condolences to the Mettille family. I recently got to spend some time with "Uncle Rich" and thourghly enjoyed every minute. Your family will continue to be in my prayers.

Gary was an Awesome Uncle and all around genuine good person!  I can still hear his laugh and I still picture Randy calling him "Fish"...  He will be dearly missed!

Please accept my sincere condolences. Gary was a friend of my dad ( Sam Taylor). As a kid I remember Gary helping my dad with buying cars.  He was also the DJ at my Sweet 16 party and my first wedding.  He was a great man with a great laugh and love for life.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Mettille family. I met Gary in the late 70's and continued a friendship over the years by working with him and hiring him to DJ for many weddings and graduation parties and purchasing multiple cars from him.  And who could forget the convertibles and limo's coming around the corner with  Feliz Navidad turned up full blast?? His love of life, family, music and laughter will be things that I will always remember. May you find comfort in your own special memories of a wonderful man.
