He was born December 8, 1937, in Artesia, New Mexico one of seven children born to the late George and Otila Aguilar.
George is survived by his wife Mary, three children George S. (Sherry) Aguilar, Vida Aguilar & Phoenix (Raquel) Aguilar and three brothers Larry Aguilar, Reyes Aguilar & Mike Aguilar. He is also survived by five grandchildren Anthony (Jennifer), Brianna, Roslyn, Phoenix Santino & Phoenix Isaiah and three great-grandchildren Jeremy, Calistra & Georgia Jean.
In addition to his parents, a daughter Joann Scott and two sisters Calistra Webb & Maggie Gonzales and a brother Rudy Aguilar preceded him in death.
