As a carpenter, Scott spent a lot of time working with his hands and building things. Traveling, and exploring new places brought him a lot of joy. He and his wife of 53 years, Patricia, lived like nomads when they took their RV on a 3 1/2-year road trip across the United States. When they lived in California they enjoyed taking a nice stroll along the ocean shore. Scott loved watching NFL football, especially cheering for his favorite team the Broncos. He took great joy in going on fishing trips with Ray, Javin, and Yamel. Most of all, Scott loved spending time with his family; he had a strong adoration for those he loved.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, his children Michael Hill and Lisa Perlow, and his grandchildren Cameron, Jenna, and Anna. In addition to his parents, Scott is preceded in death by his sister Sue Hill Foster, and his beloved fur friend Brie.
A celebration of his life will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, 2023, beginning at 11:00 AM Scott will be laid to rest at Resthaven Park Cemetery following the service.
