of Glendale Arizona, passed away on April 29, 2011. He retired from the United States Airforce. He is survived by his wife Arlene, two daughters Cheryl and Karen, two sons Curtis and Dennis. He has nine living siblings, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M.
