He worked at the McNary sawmill and continued to work in the lumber business at O’Malley’s and Sylvie’s until his retirement. Herman was an avid sportsman and loved to watch his Arizona Diamondbacks and Arizona Cardinals play. He lived to spoil his grandkids with their favorite treats, grandpabucks (coffee), tortillas, and his famous pot of beans. During his retirement, he worked for Garcia’s Las Avenidas and loved to chat with everyone. It was the highlight of his day.
