He is predeceased by his parents Ignacio and Josephine Ochoa, his sisters Julia Ochoa, Velia Hoffman, and his son Manuel Ochoa.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years Sally; his children Johnhenry Ochoa, Janet Ochoa, Ignacio Ochoa, and Alicia Ochoa; his sister Lucy (Emmett) Gonzales; his mother-in-law Helen Erdmann; his 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 9:30 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church 3140 N. 51st. Avenue Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Nacho’s memory to St. Marys High School Athletic Department, 2525 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
