Jorge Valentin Hernandez was born in Arizona on May 15th, 1983, Despite being born with cerebral palsy, Jorge fought bravely until his passing on may 30th, 2023. He is survived by his loving mother, Martha, his stepfather Lupe, four sisters, and one brother. As the second eldest of his siblings, Jorge also leaves behind six nieces and six nephews, who will all miss him dearly. Though it's hard to say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that Jorge is now with God in a better place. It's not a farewell, but a "see you later" because we know we'll meet again. You'll always have a special place in our hearts, Jorge.❤️
A memorial service for Jorge will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
