She was born March 7, 1922 in Gladstone, NM. She married her beloved husband Joe A Ramos on May 29, 1938 and enjoyed 57 wonderful years together.
The first four children were born in Grand Junction CO until they moved to Sidney Nebraska in 1962 where they lived at Souix Army Depot. They had next four children in Nebraska. In 1962 they moved to Flagstaff AZ where they purchased their first home. In 1987 they moved to Phoenix AZ where they bought another home and lived their remaining years.
Josie was preceded in death by her husband Joe who was laid to rest in 1995 and her eldest son Rev. Ted C Ramos in 2007.
Josie is survived by her children; Ike (Juanita), Ralph (Vickie), Rebecca (Ruben), Lillian, Viki (Roger), Rose, Mary (Paul). She had 23 Grandchildren, and 43 great grandchildren and her puppy TULLY. Josie also had two sisters and a brother.
