Lester Arthur Hoss, born June 2, 1928, in Merrill, Wisconsin, passed away on April 26, 2012, in Sun City, AZ. Lester was a Retired Tech Sgt. and airplane mechanic, USAF , and following his retirement, worked as a security guard, and as chief of security in locations in MO and AZ. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha, and 1 sister and 2 brothers. He is survived by sisters: Joan Schoenborn and Bernice Roy; brothers: Jack and Robert ; many nieces and nephews; adopted daughter, Wendy Hobson and close friend, Barbara LeDune . A Memorial Service will be held on Wed., May 2, 10 AM at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ. Private interment will take place at Arizona Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
