It is with our deepest sorrow to announce the passing of a Magnificent woman. Lupe Urquidez, 79, passed away on September 30th, 2023. She is survived by her children Frank(Lynda), Michelle(Joe), Valerie and Andrea(Jacob). Her 9 grandchildren Carlos, Raquel, Diego, Michael, Ricco, David, Thalia, Johnny and Evangeline. Along with her four sisters Anna, Sister Rachel, Lilly and Connie. She was born in Cottonwood, Arizona in 1944 and was the youngest of 12 children.
She married the man of her dreams on 12/7/1968. They shared the kind of love that people admired and hoped to experience someday. The kind of passion movies are made of. They will forever be lovebirds. She was the most sophisticated woman. She enjoyed shopping, decorating and socializing. She was the type of lady that dressed to the nines no matter where she was going. She loved to entertain and host parties and holiday events. She had a gift for cooking and her food was legendary. She was known for her delicious meals and always had something to eat and had her famous tea if you stopped by her house. She would always greet you with a hug that made you feel safe. She was such a caregiver to everyone. If you needed her she was always there for you. She cherished all her children and grandchildren. Especially babies, she loved babies. Mom, you were the glue that held everyone together. We will always have memories of you that will last a lifetime. You were a true class act.
