She is survived by her four children: John Wyatt Jr, Elissa Wyatt-Hodgson, Olivia A. Khan and Jeffery Wyatt. In addition she has seven grand-children: John Wyatt III, Philip Hirbe, Phillip Raines, Alexander Wyatt, Nikki Wyatt, Shelby Wyatt and Jordan Wyatt. Lydia also has five great-grandchildren: Hannah, Rana, Kenzi, Liam, Hendrix, and Lucia.
Lydia proudly served in the Navy during WWII and was an active member of the “WAVES”, now entitled Military Women Across the Nation. In addition, she attended the Methodist Church for most of her life and was a member of Church Women United.
Lydia chose to be laid to rest close to her father in Glendale Memorial Park Cemetery, Glendale Arizona. A visitation will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Chapel of the Chimes in Glendale from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. On January 8, 2019 a service will be held at The First Methodist Church of Glendale at 9:00 am, followed by the burial at the Glendale Memorial Park Cemetery.
