Maire Eileen Reinhart, 37, born January 21, 1989, passed away on May 26, 2026. A resident of Glendale, Arizona, Maire will be remembered for the way devotion anchored her life, for the steady selflessness she offered without fanfare, and for a humor that could lighten a room at exactly the moment it needed it most.
Born in Norristown, PA, Maire moved to Arizona when she was 6 years old and was one of four siblings. She attended Apollo High School in Glendale, AZ, where she found a second home in marching band—especially behind the snare drum, doing what she loved with the kind of focus and joy that made it clear she was exactly where she belonged. Just as important as the music were the friendships: Maire built a tight-knit circle that stayed close through every season of life—friends to the end.
Maire was a devoted wife and mother. She met her husband, John, while working at Wineburger. They started as friends, and though John was interested, Maire made him work for that first date. John was persistent, and when Maire finally said yes, the rest was history. Together, their love brought three beautiful children into the world—Rhys James Reinhart, Spencer William Reinhart, and Regina Kathryn Reinhart—who were Maire’s whole world. As a stay-at-home mom, she shaped her days around being there when they needed her, and she did it with the kind of quiet, constant care that never asked for credit.
Home with Maire was full of small traditions that became lifelong memories: gardening together, planning movie nights, and gathering around the kitchen to learn how to cook—not just the basics, but full meals. Each child would take a turn finding a recipe online, and Maire would supervise and teach while they did the cooking, determined that they’d know the value of a home-cooked meal. And when it was time to unwind, there was Mario Party—because in Maire’s world, love could look like laughter over a controller just as much as it could look like a warm dinner on the table.
Maire’s humor was part of her everyday magic—light, quick, and perfectly timed. It lived in the way she kept things real, kept people smiling, and made ordinary moments feel easier to carry. Her selflessness showed up in the ways she gave of herself to her family, her friends, and her community, simply because that was who she was.
She loved to garden and created a true oasis along the side of her house, growing everything from flowers to banana trees. She also went out of her way to visit community produce stands, picking up fruits and vegetables to share with her neighbors—an uncomplicated kindness that spoke volumes. She also loved getting manicures and pedicures with her daughter, savoring those moments of togetherness and the simple joy of time well spent.
Maire was also a very proud dog mom to three boxers: Tonk, Hendrix, and Loki. John doted on Maire and loved her more than could ever be expressed in words. He was a wonderful husband because she was an even better wife.
Maire is survived by her spouse, John L. Reinhart III; her sons, Rhys James Reinhart and Spencer William Reinhart; her daughter, Regina Kathryn Reinhart; her brothers, Connor Blair and Sean Blair; her sisters, Caitlin Blair and Jess Blair; her father-in-law John Reinhart; her mother-in-law, Celina Brown; and her friends Sara Hernandez, Mary Bone, Serina Yahraus, Mina Fenbert, and Iyana Quitero. She is also survived by many other friends and family members.
She was preceded in death by Bo Jackson (Papa), Lynne Jackson (Grandmother), Kathryn Blair (Mother), and Richard Blair (Father).
Maire’s life was built on love that showed up daily, laughter that kept people close, and a giving spirit that made others feel seen. Her absence will be felt deeply, but so will the warmth she left behind—woven into family stories, old inside jokes, well-worn recipes, and every garden that blooms a little brighter in her memory.
