April 19, 1935 - September 19, 2013. Mary was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be missed and always remembered as a loving person that we were so lucky to have in our lives! Mary was survived by her brother Percy Candelaria; sisters Lucy Rodriguez and Charlotte Almarez; and her 7 children Glenda Schenk, Joe Echols, Rick Echols (Mary), Charles Echols Jr., Michael Echols, Steven Echols, Brian Echols and daughter Ronni Echols. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept 26 from 6-8pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale 85301 with a Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Simon & Jude Cathedral, 6351 N 27th Ave Phoenix Friday, Sept 27 at 10am .
