Michael was born on April 19, 1985 in Phoenix, Arizona.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Gaither; mother, Jaymie Miranda; step-father, Juan Miranda; father, Lonny Gaither; sister, Jennifer Ben; step-sisters, Tara, Lorie, and Amanda; step-brother, Daniel, and many loved nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Michael was an operations specialist for Domino’s Pizza.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
A service for Michael will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12noon at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301.
